[libavg-devel] video4Linux2 on libavg: some design choices

Dear Ben,
thanks for pointing out the problem, cameranode was broken after the  
latest commit.
I applied a workaround, however I have to understand why setFeature()  
is called before device initialization. For now V4LCamera simply  
ignore feature changes if camera is not correctly initted.

Please note that acquisition size is still hard coded to 640x480, so  
you'll get a 320x240 image stretched from a 640x480 grabbed one.
