Hi,

I've merged the camera branch back to trunk. libdc1394 v.1 support is  
gone, but:

- All the camera subsystems are a lot more stable now. Error checking  
and reporting is much better.
- Firewire 800 devices are supported.
- PTGrey bayer pattern cameras work.
- There is a new avg_showcamera.py utility that can be used to test  
which camera modes work.
- Camera selection via UUID (and thus multiple camera support) works  
with libdc1394, cmu and DirectShow.
