Actually, the Application-level profile gives you a nice quick  
overview about what's happening, and in this case, it really looks  
like that thread is just... waiting.

Come to think of it: There's another thread running that's responsible  
for sound. Do things change if you call player.enableAudio(False)  
before play()? If so, something's fishy with the audio config on that  
machine.
