Hm.
And you downloaded the _second_ of the two packages on the download
page?:
• Mac OS X package - Leopard, Intel only: libavg-mac-10.5-1.0.0.dmg
• Mac OS X package - Snow Leopard: libavg-mac-10.6-1.0.0.dmg
