I don't need Windows binaries right now as I have enough to keep myself
occupied with Linux stuff, but as soon as my attention turns that way
I'll publish a binary. :) (if nobody beats me to it!)

Ongoing assuming Nick and I can get the Browsernode stuff to work on
Windows as well as it works on Linux we'll be running production stuff
on Windows too so I expect I'll be building future versions too.
