[libavg-users] Segmentation fault when using libavg on Ubuntu?

Hi Nitish,
you don't give us enough information to help. libavg on Ubuntu 10.04 runs mostly ok - I just checked. There are errors in the video tests, but these should be inconsequential.
So:
- Does make check run?
- If make check has issues, what happens when you do
$ cd src/test
$ ./Test.py
?
- Is this 32 or 64-bit Ubuntu? I tested under 32 bit.
- What's the exact output when it crashes? (copy-paste whatever is on the console)
Cheers,
Uli

I happened to come across libavg a few days ago, but when I tried to run the minimal.py example given in the "Getting Started" page it showed segmentation fault. I am using Ubuntu 10.04. When I looked it up on libavg's Wiki page they had given a few workarounds, but none of them worked. What should I do? Has anyone else come across similar problems with libavg on linux?

Any technology distinguishable from magic is insufficiently advanced.
