Looks good.

I've changed the VDPAU idea to contain intel's VA-API (which is  
essentially the same thing from intel - but there's a VDPAU backend  
for VA-API, so maybe we can get twice the stuff done for the same  
amount of work ;-)).

Any complicated questions that turn up during mentoring should  
probably go to the libavg-devel list, so whoever knows what's going on  
can respond. I'm definitely available for questions as well.
